Tsunade ordered Hinata, Kiba and Naruto to search for a buried treasure. She warned that if they failed they would be sent back to the Academy. When on the mission, the team was confronted by a clan which could copy their appearance. The trio moved to stop the clan and bring the treasure back. Upon completing the mission, they learned that it was all a test, to see how well they worked as a team since they failed many of their previous missions together.
