A chuunin examiner was then be summoned to congratulate the genin. However, if the genin opened the scrolls before reaching the tower, they would be knocked and eliminated from the exam. iruka went on to explain how the "Heaven" scroll represented the mind, and the "Earth" the body. By knowing ones strengths and weaknesses they can train and improve. These qualities help one grow stronger and wiser and thus worthy of becoming a Chuunin.
